Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fembesi, LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your lingerie purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

  • You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • All returns are subject to inspection.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your payment method and financial institution, refunds may take some time to process.


Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • You will be responsible for any price difference between the exchanged items and any additional shipping costs.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Please include your order number and reason for return in your return request.
  • Once you receive your RA number, please securely package your item(s) and ship them back to us.

All sales of clearance and sale items are FINAL.
